Zwift is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, FP&A to lead planning, financial analysis, and decision support. You will own core FP&A processes, partner with senior leaders, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

You’ll mentor junior team members and raise the standard of modelling across FP&A. You’ll drive monthly Board reporting, maintain the operating model, and oversee annual planning with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or analytical commercial finance experience.
• Strategic mindset to translate results into recommendations for leaders.
• Advanced financial modelling skills; Excel/Google Sheets expert.
• Data fluency with BI tools (Tableau, Databricks, SQL preferred).
• Strong communication; mentoring junior team members.
• Professional financial qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CFA) preferred.
• Background in SaaS, subscription models, or consumer hardware is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly Board reporting and financial model preparations for leadership.
• Maintain and enhance the company operating model for forecasting and variance analysis.
• Lead annual planning with cross-functional budget owners.
• Manage Weekly Business Review and track key metrics like ROAS and CPA.
• Build complex financial models and ROI cases for major proposals.
• Mentor teammates and set high standards for modelling and analysis.
