Lightshift is seeking a Senior Associate to lead its short- and long-term financial planning under the Head of Corporate Finance. You will develop end-to-end financial and operating models, manage monthly, quarterly and annual reviews, and support Board presentations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of corporate FP&A experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and an entrepreneurial, detail‑oriented mindset. Travel up to 10%, full benefits, and a competitive salary range are offered.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics or related degree; CPA/CFA a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, preferably in renewable energy.
• Proficient in Excel; build/manipulate/interpret complex financial models; sensitivity analysis.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools; able to create presentations.

Aufgaben

• Develop, generate, and enhance end-to-end financial and operational models.
• Manage analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
• Improve and implement financial planning and budgeting process.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual Board and management presentations.
• Conduct fundamental analysis of company and portfolio-level cash flow to drive decisions.
• Coordinate with accounting and treasury for accurate reporting.
• Support finance, accounting, and treasury functions as needed.
