Job summary

Voltus is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to collaborate with business units and drive revenue, COGS forecasting, and long-range planning. You will build and maintain financial models, translate data into actionable recommendations, and influence strategic decisions.

You will work in a fully remote US-based environment, with a focus on data visualization, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or foreign degree equivalent) and at least 5 years of FP&A experience.
• 5+ years of experience with BI tools and reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• 5+ years of experience applying quantitative and analytical skills to financial modeling and data analysis.
• 5+ years of experience identifying and solving complex financial problems using data-driven insights.
• 5+ years of experience translating financial data into actionable recommendations.
• 5+ years of experience with stakeholder engagement.
• Alternatively, Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (or foreign degree equivalent) and at least 3 years of FP&A experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• At least 3 years of experience applying quantitative and analytical skills to financial modeling and data analysis.
• At least 3 years of experience translating financial data into actionable recommendations.
• At least 3 years of experience with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights and drive KPI tracking.
• Act as liaison between finance, accounting, and business units.
• Advise stakeholders with financial recommendations for decision-making.
• Analyze and communicate key metrics like revenue, gross profit, and volume.
• Lead revenue and COGS forecasting and long-range planning.
• Oversee quarterly forecast updates with business leaders.
• Design, build, and maintain financial models for planning and growth.
• Interpret data to guide investments and resource allocation.
• Identify trends and integrate data-driven insights into forecasting.
