Job summary

UKG is seeking a self‑motivated Corporate FP&A Manager to lead enterprise‑level financial planning and analysis, focusing on performance improvement and scalable reporting. You’ll collaborate across functions, develop analytical tools, and mentor a team of analysts in a fast‑paced software environment.

The role interacts with executive leadership, requires strong finance knowledge, and offers a performance‑based bonus plan along with RSUs as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis; managerial experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• ERP systems experience (D365, TM1) and advanced Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts delivering timely, high‑quality analysis.
• Partner with Corporate functions to provide decision support and strategic financial analysis.
• Develop and improve internal financial reporting and commentary for senior leaders.
• Drive budgeting and long‑term financial modeling, including headcount and expense planning.
• Create and present internal reporting packages that tell a data‑driven story.
