Job summary

Bicycle Health is seeking a Senior Strategic Financial Planning Analyst to partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. You will build dynamic financial models, drive planning, and deliver KPI insights to guide growth across markets and service lines.

In this remote, 40‑hour workweek role, you will shape the company’s financial roadmap, translate data into strategic recommendations, and ensure alignment with market data and GAAP principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate in a small but growing environment and communicate with C-suite.
• Experience with healthcare operations or telemedicine space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain flexible financial models including revenue and expense details.
• Analyze profitability by product, payor mix, and other metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive budgeting, rolling forecasts, and headcount planning with budget holders.
• Prepare financial statements and KPI dashboards for leadership and Board review.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand drivers and support strategic decisions.
• Develop ad hoc financial models to support strategic initiatives.
