Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience building business cases, profitability models, scenario analyses, and management reporting.
• Proficiency with FP&A software and three-statement modeling.
• Experience with cost accounting, cost allocations, and ERP-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual companywide financial planning process and quarterly forecasts.
• Develop long-range three-statement projections (Income Statement, Balance Sheet).
• Own financial planning platform: cube, workflow, security, roadmap, vendor mgmt, training.
• Lead SG&A planning and coach budget owners on assumptions and tradeoffs.
• Develop scenario analyses for investments, include FX, tariffs, and inflation.
• Present plans and forecasts to leadership and the company.
• Lead profitability, ROI analysis across units, categories, and brands.
• Maintain and distribute unit income statements and cost views.
• Collaborate with Accounting to improve cost capture and reporting.
• Maintain enterprise investment and performance register for initiatives.
• Support capex budgeting and post-investment measurement.
• Establish KPIs with leaders and integrate gaps into forecasts.
• Manage analysts, hire and coach as the team grows.
• Coordinate cross-functional analytical work and durable models.
