Job summary

American College of Radiology in Reston, VA seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a national program. You will build models, drive automation, and present insights to the Board and senior leaders.

The role requires 12+ years in FP&A with strong leadership, advanced Excel, and data visualization skills, plus experience with ERP systems and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; PMP and CMA preferred.
• 12+ years of FP&A, reporting and budgeting with increasing responsibility.
• 7+ years of management or supervisory experience leading financial teams.
• Strong Excel skills and complex financial modeling ability.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, ERP systems and data warehouses.
• Ability to translate financial analysis for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own annual operating budgets, long-term forecasts, and rolling Outlooks.
• Develop scenarios based on key drivers and financial levers.
• Create board-ready financial presentations and dashboards.
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead FP&A team and coordinate analysts across functions.
• Advance automation and AI-enabled FP&A processes.
