Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager of FP&A to support CG Oncology as they advance bladder cancer therapies. You will lead corporate, G&A and enterprise headcount planning, drive budgeting and forecasting, and continuously improve FP&A processes and tools.

You will collaborate across functions on strategic analyses and contribute to long-range planning in a fast-paced biotech environment, with remote work setup and cross-functional exposure to growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or economics.
• 7–10+ years in FP&A, preferably biotech/pharma.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and headcount modeling ownership.

Senior Manager of FP&A supporting CG Oncology\'s rapid growth as they advance bladder cancer therapies.

Responsibilities

• lead corporate, G&A, and enterprise headcount planning;
• support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
• improve FP&A processes and tools;
• collaborate cross-functionally on strategic and operational analyses;
• contribute to long–range planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s in Finance, Accounting, Economics;
• 7–10+ years in FP&A, preferably within biotech or pharma;
• strong Excel and enterprise planning software experience (Adaptive, Anaplan);
• proven ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and headcount modeling;
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
