Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics Inc. is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with Corporate G&A, Tech Ops, and Medical leaders, owning planning, spend management, and reporting during a pivotal product launch.

You will build financial models, track headcount and vendor commitments, and deliver insights to executives to guide strategic decisions. This remote US-based role reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Finance and offers growth in a commercialization phase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Proficiency in financial planning & analysis and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, long-range plan, and quarterly forecast for Corporate G&A, Tech Ops, and Medical.
• Build and maintain financial models showing spend, headcount, and product investment.
• Analyze variances and trends; provide actionable insights to management.
• Improve forecasting efficiency and own FP&A system implementation and maintenance.
• Support Board and investor materials and presentations.
