MACRO in Los Angeles seeks a Sr. Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead cross-functional FP&A for Film, TV, Talent, and consolidated operations.

You will own the SVOD platform model, forecast content spend, and deliver KPI reporting while collaborating with Content Strategy, Marketing, and Accounting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in media/entertainment FP&A, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with subscription revenue; familiarity with NetSuite/SQL/Looker/Tableau is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media and entertainment FP&A or related roles.
• Experience with subscription/recurring revenue, SVOD or DTC preferred.
• Proficient in ASC 926 and ASC 606 accounting principles.
• Experience preparing executive materials for investors and lenders.
• Strong quantitative and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships.

Responsabilités

• Own FP&A for SVOD platform, Film, TV, Talent, and consolidated operations.
• Forecast content spend, amortization, and title-level margins; advise on ASC treatments.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly KPI reporting, P&L flux, and marketing ROI analysis.
• Lead GAAP and cash revenue/expense forecasts and budgeting processes.
• Prepare materials for lenders, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
