• Support month-end close activities and ensure timely financial results.
• Prepare month-end reporting and analyze variances vs. budget and forecast.
• Maintain supplemental schedules and support files.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and analysis.
• Collaborate with operations on invoices, accruals, and forecast/budget deliverables.
• Set up expense codes in Workday and monitor project spend.
• Process ad-hoc invoices and payments as needed.
• Assist with external audits, tax, and compliance requests.
