Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City seeks a Manager to lead end-to-end FP&A for multiple scripted series, including P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.

You will partner with Business Affairs, Creative and Operations to model deals, present analyses, and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley controls, IFRS compliance, and strategic decision support.

Ability to leverage AI and new tech to improve forecasting is valued; the position offers growth within a dynamic entertainment finance team.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in finance/accounting required.
• 5+ years FP&A or analytics experience required.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.
• Interest in adopting AI and new tech in finance.

Responsabilités

• Owns end-to-end FP&A process for scripted series (P&L and cash), including mid-range plan, quarterly forecast and budget.
• Identify financial risks/opportunities and advise on forecasts and strategic decisions.
• Model deals with Business Affairs and Creative for negotiations and commercial decisions.
• Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Operations and Creative to drive value.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial presentations and maintain Ultimate models per IFRS and SOX.
