Job summary

Bloomberg Finance - Media in New York seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. You will lead consolidated revenue reporting, forecasting and planning, partnering with senior management to inform strategic decisions.

You’ll develop Excel models, synthesize performance data, and deliver executive‑ready analyses. A Bachelor’s in Finance or related field and 5+ years FP&A experience are required; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with SAP/Oracle experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A, business analytics, or strategic finance experience.
• Ability to structure complex problems and draw actionable conclusions.
• Effective communication of findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated revenue reporting and analysis with business Finance teams.
• Develop executive‑ready reporting, analysis and visualizations.
• Support forecasts and annual planning with independent revenue outlooks.
• Build and maintain high‑quality Excel models evaluating KPIs and scenarios.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, planning and analytics processes.
• Collaborate with Media Strategy on market sizing and business cases.
