Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and strong analytical capabilities required.
• 5+ years of FP&A, advertising, or strategic finance experience preferred.
• Experience building and improving financial reporting systems with automation.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare long and short-term financial forecasts, budgets, and personnel planning.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to inform business decisions and opportunities.
• Create presentations to summarize research and support strategic choices.
• Collaborate with Data Science to remodel and automate processes.
• Access financial forecasts in systems like Anaplan, Workday, Essbase, Tableau.
• Develop and automate management reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Communicate financial impact with marketing, operations, accounting, and HR teams.
