Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
Proven FP&A or commercial finance experience in footwear or consumer goods preferred.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning across Wholesale channels.
Deliver monthly results packs with variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
Provide scenario modelling and ROI analysis for pricing, promotions, channel investments, and new markets.
Partner with commercial teams to optimise gross margin, ASP, and mix strategies.
