Job summary

Coast of Maine Organic Product is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis. Reporting to the CFO, this hands-on role partners with leaders across the organization and uses Power BI and SAP Business One to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• 10+ years in FP&A or related roles.
• Experience in manufacturing or consumer products a plus.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close with variance analysis and management reporting.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑range planning.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast; identify risks and opportunities.
• Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, pricing, freight, inventory, and manufacturing costs to improve profitability.
• Provide actionable financial and operational insights to leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain on pricing, profitability, and input costs.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, scorecards, and management reports.
• Use SAP Business One and other systems to extract, validate, analyze, and present data; collaborate with data teams.
• Prepare executive and Board reporting; support acquisitions and due diligence; assist with capital investment analysis.
• Lead process improvements, cross-functional initiatives, and ad hoc analyses; travel as needed.
