Job summary

CG Oncology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead daily finance operations and drive planning across G&A, corporate, and enterprise headcount.

You will work closely with the Director, FP&A to professionalize forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting as the company scales toward commercialization. This role is a high-visibility, individual-contributor position that partners with HR, accounting, and functional leaders to link headcount, opex, and cash implications, delivering

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in biotech or life sciences.
• Experience with corporate consolidation and management/reporting packages.
• Advanced Excel modeling; familiarity with planning tools is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly variance analysis for G&A and headcount.
• Own headcount forecasting, scenario modeling, and cross-functional alignment with HR.
• Improve corporate consolidation, reporting packages, and leadership commentary.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end processes and data quality for forecasts.
• Provide support to clinical, technical, and commercial analyses as directed.
• Enhance FP&A processes, calendars, templates, and tools for scalability.
• Prepare insightful analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Embed driver-based planning and financial discipline across the org.
