Job summary

Twin Health is scaling rapidly and seeks a Director of FP&A to own the GAAP and cash forecasting process. You will manage weekly reforecasts, lead monthly reviews, and partner with the Strategic Finance team to translate business initiatives into forecast impact.

This hybrid role is based in the U.S. at Twin’s New York City Office, with collaboration across a global remote team and opportunities for equity participation as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years FP&A experience with ownership of forecasting
• Experience running high-cadence reforecast processes (weekly/biweekly)
• Deep GAAP accounting knowledge and ability to translate financial data for leadership
• Experience leading cross-functional monthly finance reviews
• Strong people leadership and talent development
• Excellent communicator for senior leadership and board audiences
• Advanced Excel/Sheets; familiarity with Snowflake/dbt/Lightdash is a plus
• Healthcare, digital health, or SaaS industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Own GAAP and cash forecasting methodology across multiple horizons
• Run weekly reforecast process end-to-end with rigorous cadence
• Lead monthly finance reviews for all P&L departments
• Identify variances vs operating plan and develop gap-closing analyses
• Partner with strategic finance to model financial impact of initiatives
• Manage FP&A team and maintain resourcing
• Build and maintain operating model for board/investor reporting
• Other duties as assigned
