US Oncology Inc. is seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to partner with the Director of Finance and practice leadership in Teaneck, NJ. You will drive monthly reporting, forecasting, and KPI insights to support growth and efficiency across RCCA.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, physicians, and controllers, with responsibility for budgeting, variance analysis, and capital expenditure evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for practice and regional leadership.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles with driver-based models.
• Translate results into insights and recommendations for Director of Finance.
• Review financial results with practice managers and physician leaders.
• Maintain KPI measurements (volume, revenue yield, expenses, working capital).
• Support CapEx intake, ROI/NPV analyses, and track projects against budget.
• Assist with month-end close tasks and reinforce internal controls.
• Provide analytical support for growth initiatives and practice integrations.
