Qualifications

• 6+ years FP&A experience with company-wide forecasting
• Experience running high-cadence reforecasts (weekly/biweekly)
• Deep GAAP knowledge translating statements to decisions
• Experience leading cross-functional monthly finance reviews
• Strong people leadership and mentorship
• Excellent communication to senior leadership
• Excel + Snowflake/dbt/Lightdash tools proficiency a plus
• Healthcare/digital health/SaaS experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Responsibilities

• Own GAAP and cash forecasting across weekly, monthly, quarterly and multi-year horizons
• Run weekly reforecast process end-to-end with cadence and accountability
• Lead monthly finance reviews for all P&L departments and sub-departments
• Identify variances vs operating plan and develop gap-closing analyses
• Collaborate with strategic finance to incorporate initiative impacts
• Manage and develop the FP&A team and prioritise resources
• Build operating model reflecting latest assumptions for board reporting
• Other duties as assigned.
