You will translate complex financial data into actionable insights, lead budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting, and mentor a small team of analysts. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for advancement within the finance organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of financial leadership or financial operations experience.
• Experience presenting to executives and preparing executive materials.
• Healthcare experience or private equity-backed portfolio experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide forward-looking financial information for decision-making.
• Develop and explain key financial trends and performance.
• Improve processes and drive productivity initiatives.
• Support annual budget and monthly tracking of initiatives.
