Job summary

Onebrief, a distributed AI-powered workflow software company, is seeking a strategic Corporate FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and the long-range financial plan. You will lead a team of FP&A partners, drive data integrity across ERP/Planful, and partner with executives to deliver accurate insights.

You will also own system administration for Planful, automate forecasting processes, and present executive-ready analyses that inform burn, runway, and strategic decisions as Onebrief

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, including company-wide planning.
• Experience managing a team (1–2 years).
• Proven ability to evolve a three-statement Long Range Plan and own balance sheet, cash flow, burn and runway forecasts.
• Hands-on Planful administration experience as a Super Admin and managing financial data hierarchies.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Rule of 40, CAC, CLTV, gross margin).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end budgeting and forecasting for the company.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure data integrity across ERP/HR/RevRec/Planful.
• Lead monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and executive-ready materials.
• Drive automation to improve forecasting accuracy, speed, and scalability.
• Maintain and enhance the Long Range Plan with growth assumptions and scenarios.
• Forecast balance sheet, cash flow, burn, and runway for leadership visibility.
• Administer Planful configurations, security, workflows, and hierarchies.
• Lead and develop the FP&A Business Partner team and standards.
