Call Your Mother, a fast-growing deli brand, seeks an FP&A Manager based in DC. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, partnering with leaders across the organization to drive better decisions.

You’ll build scalable planning processes, develop reporting dashboards, and support capital planning for new shop openings, translating data into clear insights for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience building budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide budgeting and forecasting end to end.
• Compare actuals against forecasts and explain variances.
• Analyze sales, labor, food costs, and key operating metrics.
• Turn data into clear, actionable insights for leaders.
• Build financial models for new shop openings and growth projects.
• Maintain dashboards and monthly reporting across shops and Support teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investments.
