Quest Talent Solutions, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is partnering with a retailer to hire an FP&A Manager who will help shape and scale the FP&A function while partnering with senior leadership.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, build models and dashboards, analyze P&L and KPIs, and mentor a small FP&A team, driving actionable insights and process automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and P&L analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience supporting a multi-location organization preferred.
