Call Your Mother is hiring an FP&A Manager in Washington, DC to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will partner with Operations, Development, People, and Support to build scalable plans and reporting.

The role emphasizes turning complex data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong modeling skills, a track record of building budgets and dashboards, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-finance teams in a fast growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required.
• 5+ years FP&A or similar analytical role experience.
• Experience with multi-unit consumer businesses a plus.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze performance vs. forecasts; identify drivers and risks.
• Build and maintain dashboards and monthly reporting packages.
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for leaders.
• Prepare materials for board, investors, and leadership teams.
