Behavior Frontiers, LLC is a leading ABA treatment provider seeking an FP&A Manager to join the finance team in El Segundo, CA. The role focuses on building a best-in-class FP&A organization, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses, and executive reporting to support aggressive growth plans.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and 5+ years of FP&A experience, with Advanced Excel and MS 365 skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting, finance or FP&A experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VBA) and MS 365 proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a best-in-class FP&A organization to support growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and monthly/quarterly reporting processes.
• Provide timely financial insights for strategic decisions and KPI dashboards.
• Lead annual budget process and collaborate with department leaders on targets.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and ad hoc analyses.
