Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Finance to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, staffing, productivity, and budget performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Review results, identify drivers, and communicate insights.
• Develop dashboards and recurring analyses for leadership visibility.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Improve reporting accuracy with Finance, Operations, and Data teams.
• Support data lake and analytics capabilities across the organization.
• Identify AI and automation uses to enhance analysis and reporting.
• Evaluate growth opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
