Job summary

Randstad USA in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A for Global Partnerships. This role partners with Leadership, Sales & Partner Operations, and Corporate Finance to drive planning, close, forecasting, and strategic insights.

You will develop forecasting models, deliver actionable analytics, and scale reporting with AI/automation while influencing investment decisions across the GTM organization. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A experience in GTM, Sales, or Partner Sales Finance.
• Experience managing financial rhythms (close, budgeting, forecasting) in a tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CFA/CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes for Global Partnerships, partnering with Corporate, Sales, and Investment Finance teams.
• Oversee month-end close variance insights, accruals, forecasts, and present monthly/quarterly insights.
• Develop robust financial models and analytics to evaluate strategy and guide GTM investments.
• Build and scale financial reporting using AI and automation tools to improve data-driven decisions.
