Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a highly capable finance leader to own FP&A for the Global Partnerships organization in Bellevue. You will drive financial planning, forecasting, close analytics, and investment decision support in collaboration with Partnerships, Sales, and Corporate teams.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight, AI-enabled insights, spend management, and automation to deliver actionable, scalable reporting and performance insights to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A experience.
• Experience supporting GTM Finance, Sales Finance, or Channel/Partner Sales Finance functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience with finance processes within a technology organization.
• Strong month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Adaptive.
• Experience using AI tools for reporting automation and insights.
• Strong cross-functional business partnering and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A processes for the Global Partnerships organization.
• Partner with Partnerships & Investments Finance, Corporate Finance, and Sales Finance teams.
• Lead monthly close variance analysis and accrual management.
• Forecast partnership investments and provide performance insights.
• Develop financial models and analytics for planning decisions.
• Deliver automation-driven reporting and actionable leadership insights.
• Scale financial reporting and analytics across Partnerships organization.
