Job summary

Randstad USA in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A for Global Partnerships. This role partners with Leadership, Sales & Partner Operations, and Corporate Finance to drive planning, close, forecasting, and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A experience in GTM, Sales, or Partner Sales Finance.
• Experience managing financial rhythms (close, budgeting, forecasting) in a tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CFA/CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A processes for Global Partnerships, partnering with Corporate, Sales, and Investment Finance teams.
• Oversee month-end close variance insights, accruals, forecasts, and present monthly/quarterly insights.

Job Title: Senior Finance Manager – Partnerships FP&A

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Initial Contract)

Pay Rate: $93.08 – $116.35/hr DOE

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic Senior Finance Manager to drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for our Global Partnerships organization. In this role, you will serve as a key financial partner across Partnerships Leadership, Sales & Partner Operations, and Corporate Finance.

You will provide financial oversight, manage monthly close processes, develop forecasting models, and leverage modern reporting tools to deliver actionable business insights that guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Ownership: Lead FP&A processes for the Global Partnerships organization, partnering closely across Corporate, Sales, and Investment Finance teams.
• Close & Forecasting: Oversee month-end close variance insights, manage accruals, drive partnership investment forecasts, and present monthly/quarterly financial insights.
• Modeling & Strategy: Develop robust financial models and analytics to evaluate strategy, guide GTM investment recommendations, and support long‑term planning.
• Automation & Reporting: Build and scale financial reporting mechanisms using AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve data‑driven decision‑making.

Qualifications & Required Experience

• Experience: 8+ years of relevant FP&A experience within Go-To-Market (GTM), Sales Finance, or Channel/Partner Sales Finance.
• Industry Background: Strong experience managing the financial rhythm of business (month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting) within a fast‑paced technology company.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Hands‑on proficiency with Salesforce and Adaptive Insights.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and G‑Suite.
• Familiarity with AI automation tools for reporting/insights, as well as BI/Data Visualization tools.

Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proven ability to simplify complex financial issues for executive leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
