Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve monthly budget-to-actual forecasting across multiple expense categories.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to support business objectives.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate key performance drivers and planning assumptions.
• Conduct project cost analyses and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop financial models to support revenue growth and long-term strategy.
• Prepare monthly forecast reporting, variance analyses, and executive insights.
• Leverage SAP and advanced Excel to analyze financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning processes.
