Job summary

Superhuman seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with Engineering, Product and Design leadership to drive financial planning, reporting, and decision support. You will consolidate teams to guide resource allocation, expense management, and investment prioritization across planning cycles and long-term strategy.

You will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, empowering leaders with accuracy and accountability in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years FP&A, strategic finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in economics/finance/math/statistics/engineering/computer science.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and end-to-end model building.
• Excel and Google Sheets proficient with scenario modeling.
• SQL proficiency for data extraction and integrity across sources.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and deliver on time.
• Strong analytical judgment and clear communication to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and drive financial reporting with variance analysis and explanations.
• Create scalable processes and leverage AI tools to automate reporting.
• Prepare financial analyses, commentary, and decks for leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to ensure financial rigor.
• Coordinate with business units on headcount planning and investment prioritization.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and driver-based modeling for strategic initiatives.
