Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex financial planning processes.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Expert-level Excel skills and proficiency with FP tools and reporting systems (TM1, Anaplan, or similar).
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering and segment technology labor CoE, including forecasting for 2,000+ Engineering FTEs and contractors.
• Own end-to-end AWS forecasting for the segment with engineering leadership and finance partners.
• Collaborate on forecasting for technology software, data center expenses and related areas.
• Review and present monthly and annual plan/forecast packages.
• Lead technology investment reporting and initiative tracking with senior leaders.
• Support data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.
