As a key finance business partner, you will lead the financial planning process and maintain budgets for various programs within the company. Candidates should have 8-12 years of FP&A experience in biotech or pharma and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8 – 12 years of professional FP&A experience within biotech or pharma.
• Prior experience in investment banking or public accounting is a plus.
• Strong understanding of R&D life cycles and associated cost drivers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance business partner for all Discovery groups.
• Lead the financial planning process for all Discovery groups.
• Provide timely financial insights to senior leadership.
