Job summary

ADARx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an Associate Director/Director of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in a hands-on finance leadership role.

You will model operating expenses, headcount, and cash needs while partnering with R&D, clinical, program management, accounting, and senior leadership at our San Diego office. Qualifications

• 8-10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
• MBA/CPA or related advanced credential preferred.
• Experience in life sciences/biotech is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget, forecasts, and long-range planning with calendars, templates, and consolidation.
• Build and maintain financial models for Opex, headcount, cash needs, and R&D/program costs.
• Act as finance business partner to leaders, translating plans into forecasts and advising on performance, risks, and resources.

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field

MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced credential
