Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of FP&A experience in biotech, pharma or life sciences or related finance roles.
• Experience building complex three‑statement, multi‑scenario financial models.
• Finance business partner with executives and department heads on budgets and resource allocation.
• Experience managing and developing finance professionals.
• Experience leading planning and reporting cycles on tight timelines with Accounting.
• Familiarity with drug development economics and partnership structures.
• Public-company finance experience including earnings prep or SEC materials.
• Experience with planning tools like Adaptive Planning and ERP systems like NetSuite.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a finance business partner to group leaders across the organization.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning across portfolios and partnerships.
• Provide budget vs actual analyses and update templates with assumptions.
• Manage consolidated three-statement financial models for planning.
• Create analyses and Board-ready materials on performance and outlook.
• Support business development with program economics and deal modeling.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close and reporting.
• Develop scalable FP&A tools, systems, and processes.
