Job summary

Nuro is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to establish and own company-wide financial planning and reporting infrastructure. You will lead the annual budget, headcount plan, monthly budget-versus-actuals, and rolling reforecast, building the data model and governance for fast, accurate planning.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and coordinating with CFO and co-CEOs, you will design processes, partner with Accounting, and drive AI-enabled FP&A.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance, incl. 3+ years in FP&A at a scaled tech company.
• Public-company experience or IPO readiness.
• GAAP fluency across the three financial statements.
• Hands-on planning systems: Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle Hyperion.
• Ability to drive company-wide processes with timelines and buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial operating rhythm: annual budget, headcount, and rolling reforecast.
• Own the headcount plan and incremental approvals.
• Prepare executive and board financial reporting with narrative.
• Partner with Accounting to connect FP&A to close and ERP.
• Model scenarios around partnerships, launches, and financings.
• Develop financial systems and data foundations.
• Track AI adoption to accelerate FP&A.
