Revelyst, a maker of performance gear and precision technologies, seeks an Internal Audit Manager in Irvine, CA. You will design and lead risk-based audits across finance, operations and compliance, while mentoring the Audit team and coordinating with external auditors.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in internal audit or risk, CPA/CIA/CISA, and deep knowledge of US GAAP and modern audit tools. On-site role with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• CPA/CIA/CISA certification preferred.
• 10+ years of internal audit, risk management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and oversee risk-based audits across financial, operational and compliance areas.
• Document, evaluate and test internal controls; recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support external audits.
• Mentor and supervise Internal Audit team; develop staff.
• Stay current on industry regulations and audit methodologies.
