Job summary

ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling. The role collaborates across departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals and to deliver board-ready financial presentations.

You will maintain dynamic models, oversee the monthly variance analysis, and drive process improvements for improved data integrity and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA/Master's degree a plus.
• 8–15 years of professional FP&A experience with strong modeling, forecasting, and board reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Financial/detail oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Manufacturing/regulated industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting processes with executive leadership and department heads.
• Develop relationships to ensure cross-functional alignment of financial goals.
• Standardize FP&A processes and improve data integrity and system utilization.
• Prepare financial components of board packages and presentations.
• Build and maintain three-statement models and dynamic cost/operational impact analyses.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other departments on ad-hoc projects.
• Evaluate/tools to improve modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
