Qualifications

• Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Masters a plus
• Experience: 8-15 years in FP&A, financial modeling, forecasting, and board reporting. Manufacturing experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel. SAP experience preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills.
• License: CPA a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting processes with executive leadership and department heads
• Develop cross-functional relationships to align financial and corporate goals
• Enhance FP&A processes, data integrity, and system utilization
• Prepare financial components of board packages and presentations
• Build dynamic models to evaluate costs, supplier decisions, and process improvements
• Maintain three-statement financial model monthly
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with Accounting and other departments on ad-hoc projects
• Evaluate tools to improve modeling, forecasting, and reporting
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale business operations
