Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to track, model, and financially integrate legislative impacts and pricing initiatives into the Network P&L within CVS Health's Pharmacy Services business.

You'll build financial models, translate changes into quantified P&L assumptions, and partner with Network Pricing and Strategy to reflect new pricing in budgets and forecasts. Strong Excel skills and healthcare policy familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Financial modeling and planning skills to translate regulatory and policy changes into quantified P&L impacts.
• Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy legislative landscape preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel; scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis; Tableau preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex regulatory information into financial assumptions.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to present findings clearly to Finance and cross-functional leadership.
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner with Network Pricing, Legal, and Government Affairs teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track state and federal legislative changes with financial implications for the Network P&L.
• Build financial models to quantify the P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing strategy updates on Network revenue, COGS, and fees.
• Partner with Network Pricing and Strategy teams to integrate new pricing assumptions and initiative financial impacts into budget and forecast cycles.
• Prepare reporting and management updates summarizing legislative and initiative-related financial impacts for leadership review.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
