Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to track, model, and financially integrate legislative impacts and pricing initiatives into the Pharmacy Services network P&L. This role collaborates with Network Pricing and Strategy to reflect changes in budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning.

The position requires 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with healthcare policy; master’s degree preferred for

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional work experience.
• Financial modeling and planning translating regulatory changes into quantified P&L impacts.
• Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy legislative landscape.
• Proficiency in Excel with scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis; Tableau preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills; synthesize regulatory information into financial assumptions.
• Effective written and verbal communication; present findings to Finance and cross-functional leadership.
• Collaborative work style with partnerships with Pricing, Legal, and Government Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Monitors state and federal legislative/regulatory changes with financial implications for Network P&L.
• Builds financial models to quantify P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing strategy updates.
• Partners with Network Pricing and Strategy teams to integrate pricing assumptions into budget/forecast cycles.
• Prepares reporting and management updates summarizing financial impacts for leadership review.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
