Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to track, model, and financially integrate legislative impacts and pricing initiatives into the Network P&L within CVS Health's Pharmacy Services.

This role partners with Network Pricing and Strategy to monitor regulatory developments, build financial models, and inform budgeting and forecasts; requires 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Financial modeling and planning skills to quantify regulatory/policy changes.
• Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy legislative landscape preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel; scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis; Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills; ability to translate regulatory info into financial assumptions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present findings to Finance and leadership.
• Collaborative with Network Pricing, Legal, and Government Affairs teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and tracks legislative/regulatory changes with financial implications for the Network P&L, including drug pricing and Medicaid changes.
• Builds financial models to quantify P&L impact of legislative changes, initiatives, and pricing updates.
• Partners with Network Pricing and Strategy to integrate pricing assumptions into budget/forecast cycles.
• Prepares reporting and management updates summarizing financial impacts for leadership review.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
