Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst in FP&A to manage legislative, initiatives, and pricing integration into the Network P&L. You will model financial impacts and support budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional teams.

The role requires translating regulatory changes into quantified financial assumptions, partnering with Pricing and Strategy, and delivering leadership-ready analyses. Excellent Excel skills and healthcare familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional work experience with financial modeling.
• Experience translating regulatory changes into P&L impacts.
• Proficiency in Excel; Tableau experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes with financial implications for Network P&L and translate into financial assumptions.
• Build financial models to quantify P&L impact of legislative changes and pricing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Network Pricing and Strategy to reflect initiatives in budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare leadership updates on financial impacts of legislation and initiatives.
• Support ad hoc analytical requests and special projects.
