Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to track and model legislative impacts and pricing initiatives within the Network P&L of CVS Health's Pharmacy Services. You will quantify financial effects of policy changes and align pricing strategy with budget cycles.

You will build robust models, collaborate with pricing and strategy teams, and provide leadership with clear, data-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in FP&A or related roles.
• Ability to translate regulatory changes into quantified P&L impacts.
• Proficiency in Excel; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor state and federal legislative changes with financial implications for the Network P&L.
• Build financial models to quantify P&L impact of legislative changes and pricing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Network Pricing and Strategy to reflect new assumptions in budgets.
• Prepare reporting and management updates for leadership reviews.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects.
