Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to track and model legislative impacts and pricing initiatives within the Network P&L of CVS Health's Pharmacy Services. You will translate regulatory changes into quantified financial assumptions and work with Network Pricing to reflect them in the budget.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel modeling skills, and the ability to present findings to Finance and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Experience translating regulatory changes into quantified P&L impacts.
• Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy legislative landscape preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel; scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis; Tableau preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills; ability to synthesize regulatory information into financial assumptions.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to present findings to Finance and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and tracks state and federal legislative and regulatory changes with financial implications for the Network P&L.
• Builds financial models to quantify the P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing strategy updates.
• Partners with Network Pricing and Strategy teams to integrate new pricing assumptions and initiative financial impacts into budget and forecast cycles.
• Prepares reporting and management updates summarizing legislative and initiative-related financial impacts for leadership review.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
