Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration to track, model, and financially integrate legislative impacts, new initiatives, and pricing assumptions into the Network P&L within the Pharmacy Services unit.

You will monitor state and federal regulatory developments, build financial models, and partner with Network Pricing and Strategy to reflect changes in budgets and forecasts, while supporting leadership with clear analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional work experience.
• Financial modeling and planning skills to quantify regulatory and policy changes into P&L.
• Familiarity with healthcare/pharmacy legislative landscape preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel; Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor state and federal legislative/regulatory changes with financial implications for the Network P&L.
• Build financial models to quantify P&L impact of legislative changes and pricing initiatives.
• Partner with Network Pricing and Strategy to integrate new pricing assumptions into budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare reporting and updates for leadership review.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects.
