Job summary

EchoStar Corporation seeks a Finance Manager to drive multi-year strategic financial planning, budgeting, and performance management across retail wireless operations. You will connect high-level strategy with channel execution, delivering dedicated financial modeling, P&L variance analysis, and decision-support analytics to maximize profitability.

The role partners with sales leaders and department heads, oversees rolling forecasts, and ensures financial accountability across operating units

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic financial management.
• Advanced Excel and financial planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year financial planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts across retail wireless channels and units.
• Provide dedicated financial support, KPI tracking, profitability modeling, and decision-support analytics to sales leaders.
• Perform monthly variance analysis against forecasts, identify drivers, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Oversee financial compliance, project management for strategic initiatives, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Use data and AI tools to automate workflows and enhance executive reporting.
