Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a finance leader in Englewood, CO to own end-to-end budgeting, provide strategic financial storytelling, and lead executive presentations. You will partner with HR for workforce planning, build dynamic models, and ensure accurate reporting in close collaboration with Accounting and senior leadership.

The role emphasizes cross-functional impact, data clarity, and process optimization to drive decisions for the CFO and Board review.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling and Google Sheets formulas.
• Corporate allocations and G&A expense modeling.
• Preparing executive and Board-level financial presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end budgeting process, including G&A expense modeling and corporate allocations with accuracy.
• Distill monthly/quarterly variances into actionable insights for CFO and leadership.
• Prepare high-impact presentations, including the annual budget deck for the Chairman and Board.
• Partner with HR for enterprise-wide workforce planning and headcount cost projections.
• Architect dynamic financial models to track performance and guide leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and process integrations.
