Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A to own forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning. The role partners with operations and commercial finance to drive profitability milestones and scalable reporting across the organization.

Reporting to the VP of Corporate FP&A, you will mentor analysts, lead automation efforts, and help select new planning tools to support growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• Eight+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Partner with operational and commercial finance teams to drive profitability milestones.
• Drive automation to enhance scalability of FP&A reporting and data integrity.
• Develop relationships across the business to foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Financial Analysts on the team.
• Evaluate and implement new FP&A tools to support growth.
